Family friendly home gets an updated look.

Before listing the Division property several steps were needed in order to update the home and appeal to potential buyers. New flooring and a painted fireplace transformed the main living room into a warm and inviting space that was move-in ready. By simply re-configuring the existing furniture and supplementing with a few pieces from HHH this charming 1,500 sq. ft. home was ready to make it's real estate debut.

Industrial modern renovation and design

This 1980 ranch-style home was given a facelift by removing popcorn ceilings and carpeted floors to a more modern, industrial design. In order to focus on the homes existing features such as the river rock fireplace, cedar beams and stunning exterior views the living room was transformed into an open floor plan with dining table and eat-in kitchen.

Family friendly spaces are all about functionality and furnishings that are kid-friendly. Rather than white leather chairs for the dining table automotive vinyl was used to achieve the same look but with longer durability and clean up.

Empty Nesters seek to sell

The Northwood property was home to 30 years of family pictures and memorable tokens collected along the way. Using the homeowners existing furniture and decor, HHH assisted in organizing and staging several of the main living areas to create a more eye-catching and open floor plan.
